I am looking for recommendations on the best book, blog, podcast or resource that you would say is a must read/listen for someone considering flipping.

I just wanted to see who on here would be interested in connecting to help build out my list of contacts and resources around the area. 

@Viviana Ramirez you dont NEED to work with a wholesaler, they are simply another resource that you can use.Don't worry about if they're nice and friendly, worry about the deals they have.Local REI meetups are a place to start networking.

The next targetAs the IRS and the others ramp up their safeguards, identity thieves are now targeting tax professionals, human resource departments and payroll officers to get more data – such as copies of W-2 forms – to put together more authentic-looking tax returns that will slip through the defenses.The group is working to alert those professionals as well as continuing to warn taxpayers as well.

It sounds like you have all the resources needed to be successful.

You should know how to get it either way.Juggling lenders and partners does not mix well with a vigorous nap schedule at all so I transitioned more to keeping my deals in house.Depends on your goals and resources. 

I am waiting on responses from a few local resources at this time.
