I've never encountered the Fish / Bird Debate.  

Now clearly he was missing many parts of the picture in terms of company fundamentals, quality of management, growth prospects, competitive advantage etc, he was a naive guy focused exclusively on the sticker price and wanted to own many units of a stock.

We could buy a city sticker that allowed us to park only in certain parking spots that were interspersed with metered spots.  

It is highly unusual not to have a bank account, but verify all these other criteria and see where they fall.I have not encountered a tenant without a bank account, and our company only takes checks or money orders.Good LuckGino

I guess the only question that I have is whether or not loitering by non-residents in a small rental situation is something that anyone has encountered and resolved.
