Section 8 in Cleveland drives me nuts.It is like dealing with the Cleveland division of water.

My number one piece of advice is to load up a podcast app on your phone and starting listening to the BP podcast from episode one to the current while you are driving or whenever you have time.  

You're not alone in this approach as other are advocates of anything to drive up profits.It's only your reputation . . .

Urban sprawl just doesn't equate to true, sustainable growth to me.  

For crime always like to check the Trulia heat map and BestPlaces.net. as well as driving the neighborhood.

I recently completed driving for dollars in 3 new areas of our greater Twin Cities metro that I will begin marketing to.

Unless you like driving to and from another city that's 100 miles away every week.

So much competition drives the prices up, unfortunately.
