Hi BPers,I'm gearing up for a direct mail campaign and I realized that I was a bit unsure about how a subject to transaction would work in DC, due to the fact that DC charges a pretty hefty transfer and recordation tax of 1.45% on each side of the transaction (2.9% total).

Since we married and moved to Connecticut, I’ve been fortunate to be a SAHM and worked in a couple direct marketing companies.

It would be no different than a home with a divided road in front, only one direction gives you access.

Could you folks point me in the right direction to some contacts I can discuss this with and find a property?

Also, because the sloped end of the tub is at the end allowing access, there is very little space for a person to enter the tub and step on the level surface.The obvious solution is to reverse the direction of the tub, putting the sloped end toward the far wall and the plumbing at the open end.

But in all of this research I find myself getting more and more confused and wary about the direction to go next related to investing.
