hello this Luis Lara from fontana ca, I am educating my self to be a real estate investorI have been reading this website for the past 2 weeks, and I thank everyone for posting all the great info. specially to josh, frank warren, will bernard, jon holman, mike oh.I already bought will bernard and frank warren books great info.I feel so lucky I didnt pay the $40000 for rich dad acadamy.I am going to start doing rehabs then buy and keep commercial propertys.

Obviously, as Rich said, you must KNOW your state law, but most places require the tenant to give at least a 30 day notice and this one didn't.Mike
