I have lived there for a couple of years and that market can offer some very nice CoC ROI and I have people there whom I can trust on helping me screening potential houses.

If you are on the other end of an owner finance deal, is it unethical or looked down on to refinance out of that after say a couple of years? 

For the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to clear my keyword alerts that have been read.

Being that it's a tourist city, Brand Ambassadors frequent the city and theirs always flight crew passing through, I know it will be very busy.

Its a young husband and wife couple that is just starting off their journey living with each other and saving for a home.

You might even have to take this through the planning commission which adds a couple extra tens of thousands and about 2 years.
