In my thoughts, it's a positive thing, but not an indicator of neighborhood class A,B,C,D or structure class A,B,C,D.If it's reasonable walking distance (a 10 to 15 minute walk) to the Walmart, and fast foods like Burger King, 7-11, Arbys, Wendys, etc...

Temporarily displaced - these are the people that get stories in Fox and CNN about how they were doing great, but just happened to get a couple of bad turns and now are being tossed out on the street.By and large, the only reasonable class that can overcome homelessness as the problem, rather than a symptom of the problem, is the last class.

Those renters who bailed without paying rent will likely declare bankruptcy.In the final analysis, the victims are small mom/pop landlords and MF Cos. who will have to liquidate the Real Estate assets to protect themselves from bleeding furthering the crisis of liquidity in that Real Estate Class.
