One thing I can say about Foreign National borrowers, you can usually bet they have good savings, multiple paid on time mortgages and other loans under their belts when they contact me.     

Have you considered contacting a commercial broker to assist you? 

I would love to get in contact to discuss some properties/advice since I'm very new at real estate and a young investor.

Selling a big property here and a mistake can cost us over 1 million dollars.There are partners involved and LLC’s and trusts so we do need someone knowledgeable.We don’t know too many people in Florida so if someone knows very well the tax laws/IRS regulations, Please leave your phone no/email and I will gladly contact you so we can discuss details.

Additionally, I've gotten in contact with a few VA Loan lenders as well as a real estate agent in Florida, in case I decide to buy a house. 

I would contact the Dept. of Aging and Adult Services or Adult Protective Services or its equivalent in San Diego and report this situation.
