Paint everything in one color, remove carpet and put linoleum (my guy told that it will look almost like wood floor), remove trash from previous tenants.

Myers/Cape Coral/Naples area and think of buying a house instead of a condo, you can probably get a house with a pool for that price and you can probably get it to cashflow.

3) I know that dark colors are a no-no when trying to sell a house, but would you go darker with paint/carpet to try to lessen the visual of the foundation issues?
