I don't allow oil changes or mechanical work it is only for parking,  your setup is probably suited to something different but I would consider noise hours   If they are in the garage in the night you don't want them blasting the radio.

Taft is a town of 10,000 oil/ag workers, but it also has a community college and a prison, about 1 hour from Bakersfield. 

I look at what tenants drive because I don't want oil stains in driveways.

Then with a good paint, you are back close to that original color and cut all the dirt and oils , a real kitchen issue and high traffic area concern..

Not sure about Katy, but suburbs have been getting hammered more due to the oil downturn (longer timeframe on market).  

They had also run out of oil for the furnace, so the stove was open and on to heat the place.

The wood actually looked like it had an oil stain.

They also left a large oil stain in the driveway.  

Is it the uncertainty of LNG or oil related?

Even the cleanest dogs have oils in their skin and hair, and all carpet will eventually smell of animals in houses that have animals, no matter if they have "accidents" or not.
