How do I find off market deals and wholesalers that can find me suitable properties in need of renovations to purchase?

We haven't purchased anything in almost a year because the numbers just don't make sense for us.

The purchase just has to meet the timelines for each sale.When you sell multiple properties each one is looked at as an individual exchange.

For now, I am leaning toward establishing an LLC to purchase and rent real estate.

And blackrock is leading purchase of their loan :-) LOL LOL So blackrock maybe buying with 30% discount ;-) again, consolidation by Blackrock and JP morgan- rather than going to TARP 2.0 , the gov. would just ask JPM to purchase those banks and Fed would inject free liquidity.- 8% years from now, everything is owned by Blackrock and JP Morgan.
