John you are invisibly in my post not sure why but yes, the World Equestrian center does bring Ocala business but I didn't see anything like the above posted rental. 

However, at this stage of the cycle I am hesitant to jump into New Construction, especially with interest rates on the rise and a recession now underway.

The City says that the lots have to be built up 18 inches above the center line of the Street to build.

But, in a lot of the south, midwest, and west outside of the  dense city centers land is relatively cheap.

To accommodate this growth, a second high school is in the planning stages, as the current high school has exceeded its capacity.

Geez man It sets the stage for this nonsense and is inconsiderate at best .
