So a bit of professional background about me:• Bachelors in finance, top of my class - I have deep understanding in debt, equities, cashflows, business operations etc• Worked for a year as an acquisition analyst at small fund that invests in multifamily deals.

I'd do an image search on google to get ideas.

He now has dementia and we sold his business and he and my mom are living off of the rental income.

If now Im using my Transunion Service, using Fico version 8, and someone gives me an Experian report with FICO version AutoScore 4, then comparing the 2 is meaningless.Though Im sure legislators writing these laws have very little idea you could have 48 different potential scores that are all still FICO scores. 

Everyone is here to create business. 

I have some ideas on how to structure this second goal, but would love to hear your feedback and other thoughts. 

Like for me I have a business I enjoy that produces active income I don't see myself stepping out of anytime soon, so I am prioritizing the nicer areas/properties that might not cash flow as much right now but will in the future and provide me with good depreciation to offset active income right now.Just such a personalized thing that doesn't have a one size fits all approach.  

But the investor is always looking to buy more properties so the agent will likely get repeat business.
