You could do that and rent it out. 2) If you just want to sell them and the realtors are not helping (been there before), then try facebook market place free FSBO then if nothing, boost your post with only $20 for a week..use the filters, try different ones, then drop ad back to only a dollar a day 3)  (might be the best), take your sign down for a week or so, then approach a smaller local happening builder,  let them put their signs on one of the 2 lots.

I never install garbage disposers, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, those stupid faucet that utilize only one hole in a granite top and you can't get them to stop from getting so loose they fall off and leak under the sinks, trash compactors, water filters, icemaker piping nor anything that is not absolutely necessary because the more you own the more you have to maintain.
