Because the tree is 60 feet away from the house, I know for a fact only top part of the tree will hit the house, not the main body of the tree.

Lastly everything is basic builder grade as far as flooring and paint is concerned.

Adding language in the body of the contract clarifying assignment that states something like: "The has the right to assign this contract without the consent of the seller" is the strongest clarifier the buyer can have.

Unfortunately, a number of these companies are already well off their all-time highs, such as the home builders and fixture manufacturers such as Masco or Fortune Brands. 

That said  the reason I’m ready to transition is because I’ve seen too many contractors lose it all when there body gives out.

I also have the tenant buyer agreed to have seven days to inspect the property with either a builder or an inspector that’s licensed.
