Seeing a lot of things pop up in 5th ward but from what I've researched there are no plans to bring any bars/restaurants/grocery stores/other things that would turn over the area.

I have even utilized a moderately sized crawl space to store the x-mas tree and accompanying holiday boxes. 

Perfect for small lots and not having to store/mix fuel is great.

Dirt bikes and woods racing in particular.

If you get close to the bike trials hiking trails or even the lake you could do pretty well!

Good access to the lakes, great food options, and unbeatable access to the bike infrastructure.
