Garage Storage Question

We have some great tenants that are renewing their lease on 7/1/20. One of the tenants has a motorcycle that we will be allowing him to park in our garage. We're not charging him anything extra, but I would like to add a section to the new lease stating that he's allowed to park in there and notes that we gave him a garage door opener.

Is there anything else we should be including in this section?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks @Courtney King! I have a call set with a local RE lawyer later today. Want to make sure things are done by the books.
