If your goal is to do this full time, start out with a few house flips first so you can build a good size bankroll.

I have to be missing something here and would love to get some experienced advice in this space and size of building.  

HI  Bigger Pockets,I'm eyeballing a property for my to househack in Journal Square NJ.I noticed there is a indent in the front of the house where 1 Compact SUV size car would be able to sit without blocking the sidwalk. 

I think if your ultimate goal is to show up in local Google search results for those keywords your best bet is to create a website with a blog that discusses those topics.  

., where property types aren't always run of the mill and the way of business is a little quirkier compared to mid-sized and smaller cities, then I'd recommend going local. 

If they won't provide insurance or it is more than $500 - $600 a year, it's a risky bet.

We brough the size of the property from 2000 to 2735 sqf.

If you want decent sized city, not such a small burb, that isn't south of Seattle, I think Everett has some long term potential too!
