Attended an informative class on Goal Setting2.  

I am in escrow now and should have about 20k cash to be able to attend an auction.  

The last meeting I attended, they gave away several trips to the Caribbean just for coming out.

I did attend a weekend REI seminar 2 years ago but didn't take any action.

You may also find it helpful to attend the local Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) that meets each month.

I will be attending a REI Club for women in Irvine; however, as many man attend there as women. 

Charge for any damages as you discover them and attend to any maintenance items in a timely manner.I would simply state facts and ask for more information.... such as: "There's been a 75% increase in water usage from this unit in the last month.

I've spent a good bit of my free time educating myself - read some of the highly recommended books (RDPD, MREI, etc), monitored my local market closely using the MLS, drove around neighborhoods, attended open homes, read BP once a day, and finally caught up on all of the podcast episodes recently.

I will be attending the University of Akron in the fall for Mechanical Engineering and hopefully one day i will be able to work full-time as an engineer while I gradually grow passive income through real estate to a point where I don't have to work anymore.
