One other question I have is usually when they have you fill out paperwork they ask your primary address (which would be the same address I'm refinancing) however they will clearly see I have no loan attached to this property.

This project is finally closed so I can attach some final pictures (more at RadrickRealty.com) and numbers.Final numbers were as follows:-Purchased for $84,000 (really $82,000 since I got back $2,000 for my realtor commission)-Spent $25,250 on labor, materials, website set-up, logo, etc.

I do my best to keep an eye on them as much as possible.Also, I still do some hands on, when we had our Houston freeze all the plumbers jacked up their prices and were very busy, so I had to do some plumbing (pic attached) I had to replace all the PVC in the pic.

The Mortgage and the Note remain attached to the property unless they are specifically released by the lender.I have acquired multiple properties this way.
