So if there was a fire for example in the building, the master policy might pay to rebuild everything up to the studs, but your policy would pay to rebuild to like quality for the interior components of your unit.

Quite naturally it doesn't align with a typical investor valuation because we're all trying to live well.

We just aligned with a Facebook friend who sells CD's and walks around talking to people all day long.

The number is an indicator of how close the value of the property to me, aligns with the sellers asking price.....and naturally price alignment is a core component the likelihood of getting deals done.

Rates in the 3's for 30 year fixed with 640 or higher credit.For HM, there are a few I work with that advertise that if the stars perfectly align and you have a high credit score and lots of experience.
