Participate in real estate investing groups or follow well-known investors who could be willing to provide guidance.Local Real Estate Experts: Get in touch with Texas's local brokers, agents, property managers, or contractors.

And with masses of "noob" starving agent's out there begging for listings, any listings, well why not use the desperate ignorant agent's to "fish" for a stupid ridiculous sale price, who knows.
