Based on our understanding the SHA can cover that cost, and it'd be a benefit to the tenant since they've had issues covering utility costs in a timely manner in the past.Our questions:- Can anyone else that works with the SHA confirm they let roperty owners include a flat rate utility charge as being covered?

As for debt to income ratio I've gotten VA loans approved up to 55% (i.e. client makes $6,000/month and had total monthly debt payments (including the new mortgage PITI] of $3,250/month).Let me know what other questions you have.

So Monday morning I get the script I made together and I just go for it and ill admit cold calls are scary but never something I've been afraid of so after about 4 calls I get a guy who is interested in what I have to say and remember this is day two but I am able to get myself through the conversation ask him enough questions to have an idea of what he would be looking for and he was like all right. text me your name and number and let me know when you have some thing.
