Absolutely, minimum of %25 across the board in the areas with high investors activity as Sunny Isles Beach and all the way up to %50 in some as Hallandale beach and Hollywood Beach,have to admit ,though, that Miami Beach held up very well...depends on lots of factors as how low was the floor,the view,sq footage,definitely crappy ones are the cheap ones and bank owned ones the direct ocean ,high floors are in very strong demand at all times....

I took down some wood paneling, took off all the interior doors, and I've been filling the garage/family room with all stuff I'm tearing out.The house is still winterized and the water off, and I may just leave it that way all winter so I don't have to heat the place when I'm not there.
