I agree with Nicholas, I think you can build a very basic query that collects info from submitters, and then returns results based on one data set, like geo.

You could consider a sellers home inspection (paid for by you) prior to listing the property so that buyers make their offers based on known areas of attention.

They were having trouble with their third party payment service before the current crisis but I wonder if the problems they are having now has something to do with them not handling customer payments properly (not putting in a sort of escrow account).
