I would pay attention to getting some type of water coverage for major internal water leaks. 

In regards to Series LLCs and states that recognize them or not, the issue comes down to each specific state recognizing the "internal liability shield."

I have dealt with messy tenants - there’s a difference between clutter and damage.Personally, I’m not prepared to buy something without a general idea of the interior condition and I’m interested in knowing why someone would.

My only experience is in building a brand new home with a new foundation.I am having a hard time understanding the order of events on an add-a-lvl as it seems more complicated than a new build.When should I demo and am I just bringing the entire interior to the studs?

So my units both have hardwood floors, which are in excellent shape (structurally at least). Both have painted floors on the ground level, with the nicer finish upstairs in the bedrooms. Without going into a full blow...

We get mostly families and international visitors.
