Way more for them here than in Georgia.

Most of the time that cost benefit is positive, especially for GA residents where they only cost $100 to form and $50 annually thereafter to maintain. 

The property is in a very strategic part of Austell, Georgia that is opening up. 

Here in Georgia, I know a great one who does, because she's also an investor and has done lease-purchase deals herself!

So I'm just wrapping up the finishing touches on my first campaign out in Atlanta GA and I just wanted to share my journey and use this as a place to keep everyone posted on the progress as things move along.

I guess my worry is that because I am a licensed real estate agent if I want to set up a bank account to hold other peoples money then I have to report that account to the Georgia Association of Realtors.
