Well to begin with my name is Keith I am 32 from Salisbury, Md located on the eastern shore.

I dont even use the same contract in Western Maryland as I would in Eastern Maryland.

I’ve got maybe a dozen inquiries over a weeks time on a vacancy I have , but of coarse it’s bitter cold here and worst time for us north eastern folks 

.- Listen to Podcast interviews (BP, other) on MF- Read and participate in BP Apt forums- Attend Conferences - any MF Apt conference or syndication to get exposure / network2) Networking- Attend local MF meetup groups and get to know the players that are doing what you want to be doing.  

This is a great way to pick up buyers.Attend local networking events, fundraisers, conferences, happy hours.

Of course some may say the same about eastern Ohio (where I am looking) - it is all about doing the research on the particular area you are looking into!
