This is the main difference in commercial vs residential.

With this model I'm able to get a lot more than other MTR operators who are relying on Furnished Finder and Airbnb for bookings.Being that I only operate MTRs, I price my fees to include this.

First there is no pictures of people or who this company is.

I've considered this, but would prefer to invest in a market with more landlord-friendly laws & a lower barrier to entry.

(Current cost to bring in water line is around $140k or a well starts around 40k with no guarantee of hitting water) What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

And in fairness, not worth doing if you're not making more than that anyway.If he does something like this and it exceeds the SGA (Substantial Gainful Activity) limit he would lose his disability right?
