I'm seeing comments on facebook from people saying they are going to go out and buy the newest Iphone with the money, put it towards a new car etc...if it happens.

There was a ton of mixed comments on the thread, some saying they would never rent to a tenant with an eviction under any circumstances, others saying it sounds like there should not be any issue there.

Depending on what you're doing with the money, the Spectrum is at an incredible rate right now (although your $0 initial draw comment makes me to think this option isn't what you're looking for).

I completely agree with the above comments.

@Bola A.I’ve also heard on a conference call with the SBA this morning that there is a comment section on the application where they suggest requesting the length of the term desired (I suggest 30 years to minimize payments, keep in mind there is no-prepay penalty).You can also add in the comment section your rationale for a higher loan amount.
