Quick note for everyone -- we're taking today/tomorrow off from development (unless some major crisis happens), so it'll be Wednesday before we get to any of these design tweaks. 12 hour days on the weekend take their toll on you.As for being an active admin -- part of the difference is that this site is my business; I'm not just the site admin.

You can even remind him of how tenants moved out of his other building when the pipe burst and wasn't fixed correctly - landlords are motivated to keep tenants instead of letting the place go empty.If he doesn't do anything over the weekend, you can let him know you'll contact the city's health department and/or building dept.

Right now I am using an answering service that takes down basic property information and emails it to me for a call back.The problem is that I work for an IT reseller from 8:30am – 5:30pm and can only call people back at lunch time or after hours/weekends.
