It's a full property management lifecycle platform, so it does a lot more than just collect rent electronically. 

Also, there are platforms which can help you bring a certain level of automation to that rental management process (ie. automatically syndicating a single listing to 10+ major listing sites, thorough tenant screening with full background checks, digital lease creation, automated online rent collection, and maintenance tracking - all from within your account).

It's a lot of effort to reorganize a CoA so this might be time to change platforms.

Drive a car that's paid off - Id stick with Toyota, second choice is Honda civic or accord or anything built on those platforms.

This went a little over board but I guess I had a lot to say and finally found a platform to do so.

I also enjoyed it when I found an  old Blaze line  it harkens back the day of rip saws 30 feet long and loggers standing on platforms 20 feet up from the ground cutting down a tree that is 20 foot in diameter and 200 feet tall.. :)  then hauling them to a river or in those days they built little railroads all through the mountains to haul out the logs.. those old right ways are still all over the place in the northwest LONG abandoned but still there in the deeds.. .  

I would be the primary person on the CC and he would be an Authorized user (which i can remove at any time)I wanted to reach out to everyone on the BP platform since I know that this may take creative thinking.
