A rough estimate on income produced from this would be somewhere north of $40k a month from selling the power to Edison.Would love to hear your input on this.Anybody ever done any business with solar?

I'm living in Corona right now (closer to the Norco side of town, though, north of the 91 & east of the 15) and working out of the Whittier/605/60 corridor & North OC areas (but always open to working out here in the IE!) 

Second step is a (very costly) pain: publication requirement, which is north of $1000 to have done in New York County/Manhattan.

You can always invest in other countries, especially in the North American market where I'm from.Anyhow, would love to hear more about your story!

We have good experience with the law in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. 

People in the United States are relocating there because of the weather and the lower costs for housing and living with less expenses than being up north.  

Andrew Miller yes, right now we have slightly more property out of state than in Atlanta, but looking to change that soon...suburban Detroit reminds me of Atlanta in many ways (people are really friendly in both places), I sometimes jokingly call it Atlanta north.
