Parking should be evident when people view the property and let them know it is shared driveway but not everyone makes the mental leap that you can't park in the shared driveway so you need to tell them.   

I would like to expand your question further to any who care to weigh in... 1) Is there data/evidence to show that rents in the Denver area are, indeed, higher in close proximity to light rail service?

Evidently though, there has been a change in lending guidelines that prevent someone from doing a hard money loan through an LLC (most hml's I have talked to require the loan to go to a real estate LLC) and refinancing without six months seasoning.And the hard money lenders I spoke to don't allow occupancy.

It will be very good to know if there is any evidence (collected by the tenant and/or the exterminator) that, in fact, there were/are bedbugs present.
