The property LLC allows for customization of every deal (vice forming LLC that hold Title to each property).Having a multi-member LLC for each pair of you might be a bit overkill, but can be useful if you plan on getting into more complicated structures.

I think many people put unnecessary pressure on themselves to get financially free quickly or learn all these different strategies that they forget that just buying and holding a handful of properties will create a ton of equity one day when they are all paid off.
