Hi,Is anyone familiar with the Town of Brookhaven (Suffolk County NY) ordinance regarding renal permits?

(I believe he's currently in town due to recent Facebook posts, swear I'm not a stalker lol) This would be the very first lead that I contacted, so I'm not too sure exactly what to do.

If others can't spell the name of the town, you'll have a market advantage if you can!

I am an acquisitions analyst for a prominent REIT in town, but hope to begin making my own acquisitions and building my own capital on the side. 

I saw they owned another property here in town, and that property actually had a name and phone # listed for a local rental contact person from 2010.

I know in the town where our apartment building is, the above doesn't require a permit, but if I was going to replace windows, then a permit would be required.Also, our electrician told me that licensing is not required to perform any work that isn't going to be closed up behind a wall.
