Hi all BP, my wife and I are looking to expand our experience, knowledge and ultimately our real estate holdings. We have one rental unit paid off free and clear. We are gearing up for our next purchase soon. I'm glad that I found this site and podcast. Im almost finished reading the BP book on rental property investing, which is filled with valuable information. Thank you Brandon Turner for sharing. I am most interested in the BRRR approach. We just need to find our niche since the market where I'm at seems to be saturated with REI, but what's one more going to hurt.
