I am a skilled tradesman in the automotive industry but I have decided to go after what I always wanted and that is a career in real estate.

In other words, I have to go for less management/maintenance intensive properties (this isn't my career -- yet!).

The area of RE I have read the most about and which interests me the most (because I'm very happy in my career and am not -- yet -- ready to think about dedicating more to RE) is single family / small mutli-family, income generating + value-adding.

Hi, my husband and I are raltively new to RE investing, though we've rented out our primary residence when relocating, and have operated a rental property in another state (not concurrently).Now I am shifting moonlight career interests to part-time RE investing, he's doing rehab, and we're reading everything in sight.  

Hello Everyone,I am in a career transition from the military and looking to get into real estate investing by finding a good home I can put some sweat equity into, refinance it, rent it, and grow from there.

If that means passing on a deal that may be workable but is marginal, so be it.In my career, I did a lot of technology project management.

I am looking forward to learning more about the industry and meeting with others that are new to the industry ready to grow a real estate career.

Recently graduated, I am Mobile Platforms Software Engineer already looking to make a career advancement into Real Estate investing.I have already found a great mentor that is a contractor and has done a lot of flips, and a real estate agent with just as much experience to work with!

My interest in real estate grows out of my current reevaluation of my career plans.

I love close by and haven't gotten my investment career started yet but am pretty knowledgeable in some of these areas.
