Hello Everyone,

I am in a career transition from the military and looking to get into real estate investing by finding a good home I can put some sweat equity into, refinance it, rent it, and grow from there. I am excited to pursue this new opportunity and I have already learned quite a bit thanks to this site and am eager to continue to learn from other members and help where I can. I have engineering and program management experience and have done numerous construction and self help projects in previous homes I have owned. I really look forward to meeting other members and seeing what their experience has been and how best to be active with this site and help others.
