The cash flow derived in a year would be sufficient to go towards the down payment of a property but this is, in my opinion, way too slow to grow. 

You can do a cash out refinance to pull equity out of your property for a future down payment, assuming you have sufficient amount of equity to do so. 

They have good training programs, good company culture, good orientation to help you grow beyond being just an agent, and when you start completing a lot of sales, they are a smart financial choice.

Without a sufficient base/understanding, you will be less prepared for future deals.  

This is if given the choice and you have ample money in both areas.
