As you drive around Portland keep an eye out for investors, signs of investors marketing for leads, or if you spot what you think is an investor's rehab check it out and ask the tradesmen working there. 

I have a good lead on an off-market duplex with a motivated seller.

My brother is looking for a primary residence in the area and sending leads that meet our criteria in the process.

I kinda got these leads confused with Tax Delinquent property and have already paid to have these leads skip traced.

Looking forward to connecting with others to expand my goals and develop plans that lead to crushing these new goals.

well I grew up slinging paper for my dad.. its a great way to get leads.. 1% rule alive and well.put 1000 out get 10 leads make one sale.. at least it was that way for my dad in the 60s and early 70s.it was illegal on the mail box.. and some of our paper slingers even though told not to still did.what I found the best was wedged in the garage door.. this way when the garage open it feel down and they could see it even if they don't open the garage and it stayed there for a long time,  Plus on neighborhoods with snout garages you could get a lot of paper slung out pretty quickly.especially in row house situations  Like San Francisco but boy those hills got us.. !!!

I'm currently in the Racine/Kenosha DFD's, sticky notes, Letgo app, CL and got some leads from a couple people trying to help me get my feet wet.

The hardest part about wholesaling is finding leads.

But the only way that I can generate more revenue is to get my leads and close more deals!
