Hi all,I had a timed investment finally become available and have been considering putting it into a STR venture.  

Hey fellow investers we are a investing couple that is still pretty new to this.

A couple of my best investments are single-family homes built in the 40s but they've been maintained over the years and don't have major problems.You say it "almost negative cash flow" but your rent income is only $126,000 and you've spent $150,000 on maintenance.

Most of the time the seller was either going to pay off high interest debt - like 19% credit cards, or invest in a greater investment opportunity.So, considering all of this, why do owner financing deals get made?
