How are you planning on getting started in real estate investing?

I have been searching online for a real estate investors networking group in Vermont but it doesn't seem like there is much so I would like to start one.Even if it is just a couple people to start I think having a network of like-minded people is crucial to success. 

Petersburg area in FL (also looking a bit in Sarasota), and upon some initial digging, we've determined that these could be potentially solid areas to start our real estate portfolio.

And what questions should I be asking when I start shopping for a loan?

the starting out forum is probably the best place for the question.You don't mention your current situation, but house hacking your first investment should be high on the list.  

Hi,I'm starting my 90 Days challenge to purchase a property, and i have two locations i have chosen.

We just completely ratified  ( we means  Ms Lori) ratified it a few hours ago so everyone is happy at this point.so instead of the commish being offer in the listing as a BAC and the buyer not knowing how much it was ( seller knows of course) Now it was fully disclosed up front on the buyers contract to purchase. 

I started investing 4 years ago doing BRRRR, right now I have a portfolio of 6 SFH worth around $1.1M with $600k in debt and around $1.5k monthly cash flow.

It seemed pretty obvious to me that he put a lot of effort into helping others, just based on the fact that he had 7, 8, 9 hour zooms on weekends to answer questions and just hangout.

That can be sorted out in an hour’s time.
