We just completely ratified  ( we means  Ms Lori) ratified it a few hours ago so everyone is happy at this point.so instead of the commish being offer in the listing as a BAC and the buyer not knowing how much it was ( seller knows of course) Now it was fully disclosed up front on the buyers contract to purchase.
