Knowing that so many members on this site know the ins and outs of different communities and different states, I figured I would try my luck here and see if any members located in or familiar with southern Florida could provide any insight to which areas are worth looking into to raise a family, have good schools and sense of community, sports programs, and possibly with nearby industrial area. 

Make it organic, nothing out of place.

They all put you on MLS drips and don't respond because if you aren't buying sight unseen and are going to fly or drive in to buy, all the good deals will be gone by the time you organize that.

But organizers ultimately decided that the coronavirus pandemic has made it impossible to go forward with the annual New Year’s Day tradition.

I'm talking head down, nose to the grind stone, geek out sessions where we develop in depth and thorough spreadsheet checklists and systems for data organization.

My biggest issue comes with organization with who I mail/cold call as this is all very new to me. 

What systems do you use for property management, book keeping, organization of documents, etc?

Tax returns, bank and brokerage statements, P&L if you run a business, k-1's you are a partner in a firm or investment vehicle organized as partnership, mortgage statements and property tax and insurance information for any investment properties are usually the biggies.  

So I think saying that raising taxes will fix deficits is a canard based on behaviors.Last balanced budget we had was under Clinton and taxes were historically low.Sorry, for the word salad, but blog posts don't allow me to organize my thoughts well.
