Long story short I want to make sure people know I take pride in being a landlord and want to provide the neighborhood and my tenets a quality service.

We also discovered that it help the cat pee odor considerably.We couldn't spend any time at all in this house until we got these problems under control.Our plan was to kill the fleas first, then address the odor.

One thing I see often is that I’m sometimes 30 minutes invested into a tenant before I discover that the rent is grossly out of proportion for their income.

To make a long story short - I had a tenant that had a living situation turn sour and she kicked her boyfriend out in February.

I would be using it as a short term vacations rental.Hmm, yeah, I guess I am thinking of the option wrong. 

If a Phase I discovers issues, it usually kills the deal.
