I have not heard about that before and a quick scan showed quite a bunch of tools to do one.

Normally I just take pics and then do math back at the realtor's office.  

I'll try and post some pics of my recent spec. 90 days from digging footings to CO. 2300 sq ft and LOTS of tile time and cabinet time.

I have a HTC Thunderbolt and the two apps I use most frequently in real estate are SignNow and Scan to pdf free.

I give them before pics, to show what a dog the property was before rehab.

Oh and lastly make sure you stay away from the franchise wildlife guys (after all they have to charge to cover there royalties) Send me pics of home and I can offer suggestions only.. based upon my opinions.

the only way you can confirma tracking number is when usps have received and scanned that particular item. other than this, then that tracking number is still not out of Pinnacle's office.
