Do you use a website or a local service?

Our goal is to have the tool placed on Real Estate websites.

I go to their websites and look for jobs but 90% of them don't list anything.

Before I let someone do an option to purchase, they must go through a reputable lender and verify they can perform in the time frame.

i think you are trying to conclude that whenever these methods are used they are, in fact, fraud. not true. you can creatively finance a deal and not be anywhere close to fraud.this website is full of people who do sub2's and double closings all the time. raise of hands, who's served time?

I think that you can get a lot of information by spending a few months browsing especially this website and a few others.

I would look her up on the local court website and get the facts.In addition, stating the obvious is not a problem in court.
