I am NOT a quitter by any means, but I am reaching out with a small white flag/olivebranch/plea; I have a lot in place, a lot to offer, but I need guidance, support, accountability, college a FRIEND in this industry.  

If you do reach some sort of settlement, make sure you get the tenant to sign a release absolving you from any further liability.

@Haseeb Awan If the only variable that you are looking at is YoY pro forma return, yes those numbers can be reached.

If this is a loan from family or friends then obviously that would be different because you know them and know how to reach them.
