I live in a more rural part of the country and am in my last few steps of acquiring a million dollar property (9 Apartments, 10 commercial rents) where I was able to get the owner to finance $300k at 4% and the bank has requested the normal tax docs and whatnot but overall the process was a lot easier and I didn’t have to come up with $300k!

I work for a flooring company and can get the material and labor myself, but am not sure if I should use a mid range vinyl plank for around $1/sf or WPC waterproof click product with a foam backing which is a step up and looks a little bit nicer but also costs about 3 times as much.
