Their interest would be more in capital preservation and green cards, namely the EB-5 program (google it), that will give temporary to permanent legal status for foreign investors that pony-up 500k to 1mil a pop to invest in any US-based projects.

Dayton has a program administered through the building department that takes a Percentage of funds paid out on claims and will refund upon completion and inspection of repairs.

Asking what "programs" might be available will only get you what hard money lenders are doing or what brokers will be offering, that's not true private money.If your grandmother has a friend willing to lend you money you need to strike your deal with her.

Doubt that flies for very long, I'd say go public too.

I called VRM about 10 months ago, i was notified that the program was suspended....but due to be back online soon.

Hate to cut out new agents that might be very good, but the quick and dirty is;Look at the public side of the local MLS at similar properties, count the listings the agents have, usually the agent with the most is popular for a reason.

Have enjoyed the programs ease of use.
